She was born December 31,1955 in Lexington, a daughter of the late John Cline Crawford and Estelle Mae (Swisher) Crawford.
She lived a beautiful 69 years and was a former employee of Walmart.
Patsy was very loved by so many.
Survivors include her daughters, Kim Falls Southall and her husband Rob Southall, Valerie “Hidie” Simmons and husband Mark Simmons, and Victoria Harris and her husband James Harris; eight grandchildren, Reece, Johny Lee, Aimee, Erica, Robbie, Adaria, Rebecca, Jaden; great grandchild Layla; sister, Norma Fisher and her husband Robbie Fisher; and a special nephew, Tommy O’Keefe.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Coyner Springs in Waynesboro, where Eric and Patsy were married at 2:00 p.m. on September 7, 2025.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes and Crematory.
