Pauline Beatrice Herron

Pauline Beatrice Herron, 78, died at 2:48 PM Sunday, August 25, 2013 at Kings Daughters Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Staunton.

She was born April 30, 1935 in Crimora, a daughter of the late U. Grant and Gretchen Lotts Herron.

She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by seven brothers; Lawrence Moneymaker, Ronnie, Frank, John Lee, Junior, Donald and Larry Herron, seven sisters; Ruby Kirby, Julie Herron, Mary Smith, Hattie Allen, Mattie Estes, Eleanor Alford and Phyllis Ross.

Survivors include a sister, Mollie Maxey of Waynesboro, three nieces; Dana Allen, Kara Allen, Ronda Bretthauer, two nephews; Donnie Allen, Eddie Allen, as well as additional numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, August 29, 2013 at Augusta Memorial Park by Pastor Gary Major.

Family members and friends wishing to attend the service are asked to meet at the cemetery by 12:45 PM.

There will be no visitation at the funeral home, family and friends may view and sign the guest book from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes.
