Polly M. Robertson

She was born June 4, 1932 in Augusta County, the daughter of the late James W. Sr. and Thelma Hevener Moore.

She was a member of Fishersville Baptist Church and retired from Nations Bank with 42 years of service.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, James W. Moore, Jr.

On November 22, 1952 she married her husband of 62 1/2 years, Thomas “Winnie” Robertson who survives.

In addition to her husband, survivors include four god children; Scott Cash of Fishersville, Jacqueline Wagner of Fishersville, Michael Mathis of Raleigh, NC, Paula Moore of Stuarts Draft, a brother, Thomas W. Moore of Fishersville, a sister, Nancy Fosie of Winter Haven, FL, one sister-in-law, Mildred Moore of Waynesboro, three nephews, two nieces, four great nephews and one great niece.

A graveside service will be held 1:00 PM Friday, May 1, 2015 at Riverview Cemetery with David L. Cash officiating.

The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 PM Thursday, April 30, 2015 at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Fishersville Baptist Church, 1518 Jefferson Highway Fishersville, VA 2939.
