Sending my deepest condolences, I had the pleasure of training under and working with Randy for 13 years. He was a great mentor and friend to both myself and Buck. He often shared a hug with me when I needed to rant or just chat and reminded me so much of my own Dad. He sure was proud of his girls and enjoyed talking about all of the trips he and Starla planned and where he was going next.
I love you Papa Randy, take your rest , we will see you soon.

Randy....I’ll never forget all that I learned from you during my career time at ACRJ. But mostly the cigar time on the balconies at the jail conventions. You were amazed that I was a girl out there smoking cigars with you ! You always talked about your family and I admired you so much for that. You were a great man and friend and will be dearly missed. Rest easy.

To the Family:
Roland and I were so sad upon hearing that our long time friend had passed away. We met Randy over 20 years ago where we all were employed at the A/C Regional Jail. We considered Randy and his family a part of our family. He will truly be missed. He was such a bright light, funny, compassionate and kind individual. “Heaven has a new Angel and his name is Randy. We love and miss you”.
