Robert Marius May

He was born January 13, 1935 in New Hope, a son of the late Emory Erving “Kit” and Norine Shiflet May.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry May.

Survivors include his wife and partner of forty-six years, Judy May, two sons; Robert (Roby) May of Herndon, Jay D. Kemp of Albuquerque, New Mexico, two daughters; Lisa May Milliron and her husband Tim, Ann May Trigg and her husband Neil, both of Vinton, a brother, William May of Churchville, three grandchildren; Derek Milliron, Collin Trigg both of Vinton, Zoe Kemp of Richmond, as well as a number of nieces and nephews.

Following cremation the family will receive friends from 6-7:00 PM Thursday, June 5, 2014 at the Staunton Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes, 18 W Frederick Street Staunton, VA.
