In loving memory of Robert Goodloe Saunders II, 10 September 1938 to 3 June 2015. Goodloe served honorably and with distinction in the U.S. Air Force for 24 years. He earned the Bronze Star during the Vietnam War. Other awards earned were: Meritorious Service Medal, Air Force commendation, short and long tour ribbons, Vietnam Service and Campaign medals, Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross, and expert marksmanship ribbon (even though he only killed one deer and one turkey in all his years of hunting).
