Susan B. Daniels

Susan was born in Waynesboro, VA to Otis and Margarett Bruce on August 10, 1956. She was a graduate of Wilson Memorial High School. Susan gifted us with kindness, generosity and above all else, love, her entire life. She enjoyed quilting, crafting and especially loved her cats.

Susan is preceded in death by her parents, Otis Bruce and Margarett Estes.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 28 years, Hollis “Kent” Daniels of Windsor, PA; a son, Jason Via of Waynesboro, VA; a daughter, Jessica Via of Norwood, NJ; sisters, June Shirey of Crimora, VA, Dawn Bruce of Rockland, MA, and Yvette Allen of Staunton, VA; and a brother, Sam Reed of Daytona Beach, FL.

We will honor her with a visitation for friends and family on Friday, September 21, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Augusta Memorial Park, Waynesboro. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Travis Shirey, Jamie Shirey, Christian “Boogie” Woodzell, Jay Allen, Mike Caplinger and David Wimer.
