Wayne Dudley Vest, 67, of Waynesboro, Virginia, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 30, 2012. He was a kind, gentle, loving and compassionate man with a wonderful sense of humor and whose easy laughter was contagious. He carried these traits throughout his personal and professional life.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory and celebrate his life, his beloved wife of 44 years, Anne Kay Vest, his children Cabell (Bree) and Anne Iverson (Joshua), and the light of his life, his grandson Graham. He is also survived by his brothers, Ryland and Keith (Teresa), several nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, November 5, 2012 at First Presbyterian Church, Waynesboro with Dr. Glen Holman officiating.
