David Raymond Barnhart

 He was born Wednesday, August 30, 1944 in Crabapple,PA. A son of the late Harold Raymond Barnhart and Virginia Eileen Hewitt Barnhart.

  Mr. Barnhart was a member of the Worldwide Church of God. He was a Veteran of the Vietnam War having served with the 82nd Airborne with the United States Army.He enjoyed drawing, painting and writing. He also loved to study all aspects of History. He worked for several years as a welder for National Annealing Box in Washington,PA until he was paralyzed in 1971 when he had to retire.  

 He is survived by 1 Daughter: Virginia (Donald) Lucas, of  Wind Ridge, PA, 6 Grandchildren: Donald Lucas Jr., Jessica Carter, Anthony Lucas, William Harold Barnhart, Marisa Lucas, Dillon Dougherty., 4 Great Grandchildren: Kayden Scott, Grace John, Abigail Lucas, Fin Lucas, 1 Brother: Roger Barnhart, of Wind Ridge, PA. and several nieces and nephews.

 Deceased is 1 Brother: James Michael Barnhart

 At the request of the deceased there will be no public visitation at the funeral home. The family will hold a Memorial Service on the family property 115 Veterans Road, Crabapple,PA on Sunday, October 9, 2016 at 2:00PM. There will be Military Honors accorded by the James Farrell American Legion Post #330 of Waynesburg and Representatives of the U.S. Army. Milliken and Throckmorton FH,Inc. Daryl L.
