

He was born Saturday, June 20, 1936 in Waynesburg, PA. A son of the late William L. Hopkins and Nellie Conklin Hopkins.
Mr. Hopkins was a veteran having served with the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a member of the Waynesburg Moose Lodge #461. He was a member of the United Mine Workers having worked at the Marianna Mine as a coal miner.
His Wife: Irene Elizabeth Clayton Hopkins, died May 20, 1983.
Surviving are 1 Daughter: Tamara Lynn Hopkins, of Farmington, PA., 1 Sister: Lillian Ulrich, of Waynesburg, PA. 1 Brother: John Hopkins, of Lancaster, PA., and his significant other Patricia Celli and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are 4 Sisters: Aldean Sanders, Evalena Malmgrem, Eleanor Sagges , Hazel Hadrick, 4 Brothers: Dennis Hopkins, Robert Hopkins, Wallace Hopkins, and William S. Hopkins, 2 Half Brothers: Delmont Conklin and Earl Hopkins, and 1 Half Sister: Helen Bradley.
