Ellen Plut

She was born March 31, 1935 in Charleston, WV, a daughter of the late Raymond Guy Dulaney and Agnes Stoneking Dulaney.

She was married to George Robert Plut who died in 1992.

Mrs. Plut was a retired dietitian for Vincentian Home in Pittsburgh.

She was a former resident of Pittsburgh.

Surviving are a son, Carl Plut of Pittsburgh; 7 grandchildren, Jennifer Plut, Mary Plut, Samantha Plut, Allen Plut, Maston Casto, Dulaney Plut, and Drake Plut; one great-granddaughter, Abigail Plut Moore; one sister, Opal Fonner , and 6 brothers, Buster, Kenneth, Carl, Melvin, Leonard, and Sam Dulaney.

Deceased are two sisters, Hazel Dulaney and Elizabeth Prevost; and four brothers, Raymond, James, Glen, and Ronald Dulaney.

A memorial gathering from 12 noon to 2 p.m. Sunday, March 9, 2014 in the New Freeport Fire Hall in New Freeport with services officiated by Rev. Edward Woods. Arrangements are being handled by Behm Funeral Homes Inc., 182 West High St., Waynesburg. Condolences may be offered at www.behmfh.com .
