Frances V. Barclay

 She was born Sunday, March 28, 1920 in Waynesburg. She was the daughter of the late James Phillips and Florence Gump Phillips.

  Mrs.  Barclay was a member of the First Christian Church of Waynesburg. She enjoyed quilting, knitting, crocheting, and sewing. She also did painting by numbers and enjoyed doing cross word puzzles. She was a homemaker.    

 Her Husband: William Harold Barclay whom she married on June 04, 1938 died January 12, 1981.

              Surviving are 1 Daughter: Nancy (Patrick) Lemley, of Salisbury, MD., 2 Sons: Samuel R.(Dora) Barclay, of Waynesburg, PA., and Terry W. (Donna) Barclay, of Raleigh, NC., 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was the last of her immediate family.
