Hazel passed away and was stillborn on July 29, 2025 at 21 weeks at 11:58 AM, weighing 330 Milligrams and was 10.5 inches long.
She is survived by her mother, Shaelynne Jones and father, Austin Eddy; sister, Everlynn Eddy; grandparents, Hezikiah and Crystal Jones, and Steve Eddy; and godparents, Wyatt and Tiffany Bowman.
Hazel has now been met in Heaven by her late grandmother, Rebecca Eddy and her great-grandmother, Lori Tharp.
Some only dream of Angels....we held one in our arms.
