Margie Simpson Rogers

 She was born Thursday, March 12, 1931 in Monongalia County, WV. She was the daughter of the late Walter Simpson and Minnie Tennant Simpson.

  Mrs. Rogers was a member of the Olive Methodist Church. When her health permitted she was an avid quilter and was an artist who loved to paint. She worked for 25 years as a nurse at the WV. University Hospital in Morgantown, WV. and was a Homemaker.    

 Her Husband: Robert Rogers, whom she married on November 05, 1949 died November 26, 2009.

 Surviving are 1 Daughter: Donna Lynn (Roy L.) Huffman, of Waynesburg, PA., 1 Son: Bruce (Romaine) Rogers, of Spraggs, PA. 6 Grandchildren and  7 Great Grandchildren  and several nieces and nephews.

 Deceased is 1 Brother: Raymond Simpson

 Visitation and services are private with Pastor Bradley Edgar officiating. Milliken and Throckmorton FH, Inc. Daryl L. Throckmorton Owner/Director,197 N. Maiden St Waynesburg, PA 15370 are in charge of arrangements. Burial will be in Blacksville Cemetery, Blacksville, WV.
