He was born in Fairmont, WV, to the late William "Bill" Shriver and Ula Mae (Weaver) Shriver.
After retiring from NextGen, he enjoyed spending time with his grandkids, riding his Harley, fishing and hunting.
In addition to his mother he is survived by two daughters, Alisha (Tommy) Thornton of Richmond, VA and Natalea Shriver of Fairmont, WV; three grandchildren, Andreha Jackson and Takoa and Rudd Thornton; and one brother, Jeff Shriver.
He is preceded in death by one brother Doug Shriver.
