Mary Louise "Beezie" RIce

She was born Monday, March 08, 1926 in Whiteley Twp.,Greene County, PA. A daughter of the late Lewis Russell Scott and Mary Margaret Morris Scott.

Mrs. Rice was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Waynesburg. She enjoyed reading, listening to music and playing Solitaire. From 1963 to1993 with her husband was owner/operator of the Waynesburg Floral. She retired in 1993 when they sold the business to their son Rusty.

She is survived by her Husband: John C. Rice, whom she married on August 07, 1945.

Also surviving 2 Daughters: Linda Louise (James) Johnston, of Waynesburg, and Joyce Lynn Rice, of Imperial, PA., 4 Sons: John David (Pam) Rice, of Gainesville, FL., James Russell "Rusty" (Christie) Rice, of Prosperity, PA., and twins Lewis Raymond Rice, and Stanley Scott Rice, both of Waynesburg.

10 Grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren, 2 Sisters: Margaret "Peggy" Parsons, of Hingham, MA., and Carol Kroll, of Cabot, PA., 1 Brother: Ross Scott, of Washington, PA., and several nieces and nephews.

Deceased are 1 Daughter: Janet Lee Kelly, and 2 Brothers:

Stanley Scott, and Lewis Raymond Scott.

Friends will be received from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 in the Milliken and Throckmorton FH, Inc. Daryl L. Throckmorton Owner/Director,197 N. Maiden St Waynesburg, PA 15370 where services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Wednesday, November 14, 2018 with Rev. William Sukolsky officiating. Burial will be in Oakmont Cemetery, Waynesburg, PA.
