Norma L. Phillips

Norma L. Phillips, 92, of Waynesburg, PA passed away at 3:55 AM on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at Premier Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Washington, PA. She was born on January 14, 1931 in Calhoun County, WV a daughter of the late Royal Whipkey and Mary Kight Whipkey. Norma was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Waynesburg. She loved gardening, canning and flowers. Norma enjoyed spending time with her family and taking care of her grandchildren. She was a homemaker. Surviving are 1 Son: William (Donna) Phillips of Wellsburg, WV, 2 Daughter-in-Laws: Bonnie Phillips and Margaret Phillips, 7 Grandchildren, 8 Great-Grandchildren, 5 Great-Great-Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Deceased is her Husband: Henry Phillips, 2 Sons: Gerald Phillips and David Phillips, 1 Sister and 4 Brothers.
