Patricia Ann Jacobs

She was born on April 30, 1939 in Wadestown, WV to Herbert and Gladise Mason. She grew up in Hundred, WV. Patty was affectionately known as Nanny to many. She loved her family, especially her grandkids and great-grandkids. And she loved her 1950’s music. She was a devoted warrior for her family and loved ones. Anyone who knew Patty knew of her unlimited love, kindness, unselfishness, and comforting and giving spirit - always putting others before herself.

She is survived by her children, Robert (Cathy) Holmes of Rivesville, WV, Greg Jacobs of Rutan, and Melinda Taylor of Rutan; grandchildren, Drew Holmes of OH, David Holmes of Fairmont, WV, and Megan (Stew) Guthrie of Aleppo; great-grandchildren, Halle and Shelby Guthrie of Aleppo.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn.

No services will be held in accordance with her wishes.
