He is survived by his siblings, John Gallagher, Lori Gallagher, Mary Thomas, Belinda Kennedy, Regina Gallagher, and Paula Lynn Daily; cousin, Stacy Manning; girlfriend, Veronica Hodgson; and several cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
