Ruby O. Rider, age 96, of Waynesburg, Pennsylvania passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2025. She was born July 8, 1928 in Spraggs, PA, a daughter of the late James Edward Keller and Roxie Belle Curfman Keller. Services are private and will be held at the convenience of the family. Milliken and Throckmorton Funeral Home, Inc. have been entrusted with her arrangements.
