

She was born April 29, 1931 in Waynesburg, a daughter of the late Alec Ralph Tustin and Olive Mae Wise Tustin. She was raised by her loving aunt and uncle, Charles Tustin and Elizabeth Tustin Kerr.
Mrs. Schettler was a 1949 graduate of Waynesburg High School. In 1950 she graduated from Penn Commercial Business School in Washington.
On December 31, 1982 she married James C. Schettler, who survives. Her first husband, Gail Cox is deceased. She was previously married to Allen McNeely of Waynesburg, who survives.
Mrs. Schettler worked for Womeldorf Trucking and King’s Drug Store of Knox as a book keeper until her retirement.
She was a wonderful mother and loving grandmother. She was known as an excellent cook. She had a great passion for sending greeting cards and enjoyed decorating for all the holidays. Her positive attitude and beautiful smile will be missed by many.
Surviving in addition to her husband are two daughters, Laura Jane Walker (Willy) of and Toni Lemley (Steven) both of Waynesburg; two grandchildren, Eryan Coss (Chad) and Klynton Walker both of Waynesburg; two great-granddaughters Nina and Brook, whom she adored; three stepdaughters, Joni Hogue and Tammi Schettler, both of Knox and Jameen Stump of St. Petersburg; one stepson, Scott Schettler of Shippenville; 10 step-grandchildren; 4 step-great-grandchildren; and one sister, Delores Jean Calvert of Spraggs.
Friends will be received from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday at Behm Funeral Homes Inc., 182 West High St., Waynesburg and from 1 to 3 p.m., on Monday, February 20. 2012 at the David C. McEnitre Funeral Home, 504 East Penn St., Knox, Pa where services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday with Rev. Randy Evans V.N.A. Hospice Chaplain officiating.
