Wayne Cecil Baysinger

He was the son of the late Murray Cecil Baysinger and Haddie Orndoff Baysinger. Wayne was a resident of Waynesburg. Wayne was a member of the Waynesburg Moose Lodge, the VFW as well as the American Legion. Wayne worked as a truck driver for Hoy's Redi-Mix, and later with PennDOT for many years until his retirement in 2017. His wife of 51 years, Bobbie Russell Baysinger survives. Also surviving are 3 Grandchildren: Mattison Brumley, Gabrella Brumley, Gracelyn Brumley, and his Son-in-Law: Greg Brumley. Deceased are 1 Daughter: Brandi Brumley, 1 Son: Jeremy Baysinger and 1 Brother: Randy Baysinger. Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, November 13, 2025 in the Milliken and Throckmorton Funeral Home, Inc. 197 N. Maiden St., Waynesburg, PA 15370 Shane M. Ayers-Managing Director where service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, November 14, 2025 with Pastor Robert Mooney officiating.
