He was born Monday, August 09, 1948 in Waynesburg, PA. A son of the late Joseph Blair, Jr. and Ruth L. Hull Blair.
Mr. Blair was a member of the First Christian Church in Waynesburg. He was also a member of the Waynesburg Sportsman Club and enjoyed shooting at a shooting range. He worked for 28 years for the Greene County Job Center, Department of Labor in maintenance retiring January 22, 1999.
Surviving is 1 Brother: John R. "Jack" Blair and his wife Emily Kay, of Bradenton, FL, 1 Niece: Margaret Rainy "Peggy" Butler and her husband Michael of Waynesburg, PA, 1 Nephew: Joseph Andrew Blair of Waynesburg, PA., 1 Great Nephew: Zachary J. Butler.
