“Mother, Grandmother, & Great Grandmother”

Clyde, NC, Alice Annabell Passmore Gregory, our sweet mother passed away into the arms of Jesus on June 30, 2014 at her residence. She was born in Swain County, NC on July 29, 1932. She was a talented seamstress and enjoyed crafting and painting. She had a love of playing the piano. She was a member of the Allen’s Creek Baptist Church. Tootsie was most happy when she was surrounded by her family.

She is preceded in death by husband, William Ralph Gregory and her parents.

Survivors include her children, Janice Gregory, Ricky Gregory and his wife Susan, Teresa Webb and her husband Jerry all of Haywood County; grandchildren, Anna Bell and her husband Jeffrey of Clinton, NC and Kerry Webb of Clyde, NC; two great grandchildren, Macy Bell and Avett Bell of Clinton, NC; and many extended family and close friends.

The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 AM Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at Garrett Funeral Home with services to follow at 11:00 AM Wednesday at the funeral home with Reverend Eddie Dietz officiating. Burial will be held at Garrett Hillcrest Memorial Park.
