Haskell left this world on September 9, 2026, holding the hands of his loved ones at Haywood Regional.
In addition to his wife Gwen Goode, he was proceeded in life by his parents Walter Goode and Mini Goode; brother Dwayne Goode; and his son Johnny B. Goode.
He enjoyed old fast cars, fishing, playing Bingo, coloring, and being with family. He was a very giving person, but his soul was like a gypsy, and he was meant to roam.
Haskell is survived by his brother Dewey Goode; his daughter Jenny Goode; son Ronald Goode; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Service will be announced in the near future.
