Donald Lee Hoyle, age 81 of Sylva, NC passed away February 1, 2025 at his residence. He was born of the Willett's Community, NC on October 25, 1943 to the late Walter and Eleanor Hensley Hoyle.
Donald was an avid hunter and spirited storyteller.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Janet Lee Hoyle.
Left to cherish his memory is his daughter, Leecole Hoyle Bryson and a special daughter, Fallon; sister, Dorothy Queen; and brother, Lester Hoyle; four grandchildren, Garrett, Noah, Gary, and Bean.
A small gathering will be held at Love cemetery at a later date. Cherokee Pentecostal will be providing the music.
