

WAYNESVILLE — Dustin Steel Greenarch, 29, entered into eternal peace on Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2016, at Mission Hospital-Memorial Campus after a brief illness. Dustin was born in Haywood County on Aug. 16, 1987, to Robbie Greenarch and Chrystie Minchew (Jeremy). Dustin had the biggest heart and loved his family more than anything. He enjoyed sports, attending family functions and will be remembered for his sweet nature, his caring heart and his infectious smile. Most of all he loved his daughter, Maddy; his brother, Mige; and his mom. Dustin was preceded in death by his grandfather, Ronnie Hambrick; by his maternal great-grandparents, Bob and Mary Mull. In addition to his parents, Dustin is survived by his daughter, Maddalynn Greenarch; his brother, Mige Hambrick; his grandmother, Catherine “Nano” Hambrick; his loving aunts, Rhonda Hambrick (Calvin) and Denyse Messer; his cousins, Lane Hambrick, Cody Messer, Ezra Burgess, Jorga and Callie Medford; and the special person in his life, Alex Erwin, and her three boys. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 3, in the chapel of Garrett Funerals and Cremations with the Rev. Dr. Mark Golden officiating. Burial will follow in Garrett-Hillcrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12 to 2 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
