Ernestine Ketner Wyatt passed on April 1, 2026, at the age of 78. Ernestine was born on May 7, 1947, in Maggie Valley, NC, to the late Ernest and Sally Knight Ketner. She was employed for over forty years as a Medical Laboratory Technician with Haywood County Hospital and Mountain Medical Associates. Ernestine enjoyed gardening and working in her flowers.
In addition to her parents, Ernestine was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Wyatt and her beloved dog, Lucy.
Ernestine is survived by her daughter, Amie Wyatt; granddaughter, Afton Bryan; sisters, Darlene Killian (James) and Phyllis Cooper.
To honor Ernestine's wishes, no services are planned.
