Although I have not seen Jim since we graduated from Pasco High School, I knew he would do well in life. He was a great quarterback for the Pasco Pirates and a heck of a football player. Jim brought a lot of excitement to us all on those Friday nights.
More than that, Jim was a genuine nice person and well liked by his classmates. All that goes back almost 60 years, but I am sure he continued like that in life. I am sorry for his passing because he was one of the good guys.

My heart goes out to Joyce and the family of Jim Riggs, I was so blessed to have worked under Jim for many years. He was not only my boss but a very dear friend. We shared laughter, fun, work, food and good fellowship. I know he was a very caring man because he showed it to his workers , friends and family, There will be a hole in my heart for this loss. I thank God that I have known Jim and Joyce as friends in my life. Special Memories!!!

As I remember Jim, I remember a quiet soul. Always a smile on his face. A man who not only gave himself to God, but shared in so many ways with those blessed to be in his life. I am thankful to have known Jim while being a member of Elizabeth Chapel. Prayers of comfort for all of Jim’s family.
