Janice Lee Curtis

Waynesville-Janice Lee Curtis, 75, passed away on Thursday, September 10, 2020, at Haywood Regional Medical Center. Janice was born in Anderson, SC to the late John Delbert Pierce and the late Leona James Johns. She enjoyed camping, shopping and fashion, but more importantly, spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Janice retired from Haywood Regional Medical Center in 2010.

In addition to her parents, Janice was preceded in death by her first husband, Bruce Norris; a sister, Brenda Pierce; and a special nephew, Daryl Pierce, Jr.

Janice is survived by her husband of 33 years, Skipper Curtis; son, Chris Norris (Kim); daughters, Leann Henderson (Max) and Sherrie Griffith (James); brother, Daryl Pierce, Sr.; 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Private funeral services will be held due to Covid-19 with the Rev. Dr. Mark Golden officiating. Entombment will follow at the Garrett-Hillcrest Memorial Park Garden Mausoleum.
