RAYMOND ROGER LEBOEUF a.k.a. Pop, was born on January 9, 1934, and passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on January 29, 2026. He was 92 years young.
He is survived by his loving wife Cecile Pelletier LeBoeuf, with whom he shared 70 years of marriage. They had five children Dean (Carolyn), MICHAEL deceased, Laurie (Charlie), Chris (Ron), Anmarie (Jose), 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Ray, loved fishing, the outdoors, travel, puzzles, building and fixing things, but most of all his wife. Ray and Cecile attended mass and prayed the rosary daily.
A mass celebrating his life will be held at Immaculate Conception
Roman Catholic Church, 1024 W. Main Street Forest City, NC on Saturday February 21, 2026, at 11:00 am.
