Robby was a good guy and will be missed!prayers to all of his family and we will see him again someday.

I have fond memories of our time working together- from sharing meals and stories, riding over the mountain, blower door tests/ energy audits, troubleshooting, and working on projects. He was always the first with encouragement and kind words. He loved to share his knowledge and solve problems. His talent and passion for music along with his love for his family and friends is something that will always stand out in my mind. He is sorely missed by his HEMC family. Prayers for the family!

I remember meeting Robby in 7th grade, Waynesville Jr. high. Great guy to hang around always funny, and of course we were all envious when he was the first to drive in the 9th grade!.
I know life takes us different paths, and we didn't see each other often, but doesn't mean you didn't make an impact on my life.

Robby was an adored friend. Drew Henley and I considered him like a younger brother in band his first and second year. We kinda took him under our wing. Little did we know he would become such a profound musician. He was also such a guiding force for my nephew, Cole, a drummer at Tuscola and at WCU. He also did work for me as an electrician at the Grove Arcade for years. I am saddened by his passing, but hopefully he will be a musical angel looking over us. Much love to his family (sweet momma I’ve known for years).

I will always remember your hospitality and letting me into your home.  I'll keep the memories, like seeing Star Wars together, close to my heart. Thank you for the meals and the jokes! дякую! ありがとう!

Shelby, Rusty and Tina, so sorry to learn about the passing of Robby. We have many good memories of our time with the family while we were at Allens Creek. Our love and prayers are with you during this difficult time.  God be with you!

This was one of the first shows that I ever played with Robby after we put our band together. Playing music with Robby has been one of the best privileges of my lifetime. He will be deeply missed both as a friend and a brother in music.

Robby has always been a good friend to me and we shared music in common. He was a very talented musician and could pick up on anything. He will be missed. Prayers for the entire family in this time. Rest easy Robby, until we meet again.

I first met Robby at Bobby Cutshaw's house in December of 1996. I was 18 years old, so Robby would have been 22. He and I became instant buddies. I had never met anyone who had the same level of almost obsessive passion for music that I did/do. Robby and I went on to play music together over many years for countless hours, and talk about music (and many other things) for even more countless hours. There was a period of my life where Robby was the closest friend I had. But as is too often the case, "life happened" and for various reason we kind of fell out of keeping in touch. Sadly, I hadn't seen or been in touch with Robby for over a decade, and I only have myself to blame for that. Even so, I never stopped thinking of him as my old buddy Robby. But here's what I've always known about the man Robby Moore - He absolutely loved his family and was fiercely loyal to them, as well as his close friends. He was a man of integrity and excellent values. He was one of, if not the funniest person I've ever known. Some of the most absolutely gut busting laughs I have ever experienced, the kind where you can barely even control yourself, were because of things that Robby said and did. I am very grateful to Robby for those laughs, and that side of him is the way I will always remember him. I hope his family finds peace in this very difficult time. The world will definitely be a lesser place without Robby. So long, old buddy. "Who's pickin' the banjur here?"

I met Robby long ago. We went to school together. We were just kids I guess. Teens. I stayed over at his house many times decades ago. He loved playing drums. Really glad I still have some memories. He was always hyper and happy. He was a good friend. A really good friend. Life just fast forwards and then this. And it all stops and you start to remember those days. Kinda wish I could go back again. Robby was an amazing soul. I'm honored for the memories I have.

Shirley, Dean and Family, please accept sincere sympathy on the passing of your dear son-in-law.  Prayers for comfort!

I am so saddened to hear of Robbie's passing. I will always cherish the times we had together I marching band and the times I got to play worship music with him. 

Family, please know that each of you are in my prayers.

My dear friend Robby will be sorely missed. Having known Robby all his adult life, first as his electrical installation and maintenance instructor at Haywood Community College in the early 1990’s and decades later after hiring him as a Master Electrician at Haywood EMC, I can testify that Robby was a man of integrity who dearly loved Stacey, his children, mom, family and friends. He would never do an electrical project that wasn’t 100% to code and always in away that provided the Haywood EMC customer the most value for their investment. Some of my favorite memories are as Robby’s neighbor helping him put up hay for his Uncle Sam Russell and cousin Kelly Russell. While we worked hard, we could always count on Robby to have a story or two during breaks in the shade of the barn that would leave us in tears from laughing so hard. I look forward to to seeing Robby again when I get to heaven.

I’m going to miss going out with you to check on members. I’m going to miss you making me laugh.. always. I’m going to miss you grabbing my drum sticks and playing a song in my desk. Robby had the biggest heart in the world. My heart is broken. HEMC is a tight knit group of individuals. We are now missing a very special piece of our circle. Our circle is now broken. See you on the other side Robby!

Bob was the handiest man I’ve ever seen he help me fix my mower and put my bike together and I want to be just like him one day I want to be able to fix anything just like him

There are too many memories to list. Just know that I’m thankful I was able to share them with Robby. I’ll miss my friend :( RIP
