Robert "Bob" Earl Coriarty, age 76, of Maggie Valley, NC passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2024. Robert was born in Windham County, CT on October 30, 1947 to the late Robert Roland and June Arline Mastin Coriarty.
Bob retired as a Master Sargeant in the U.S. Army serving 22 years. He served three tours during the Vietnam war earning several medals including a Bronze Star.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Sjanna Coriarty; his daughter, Robyn Coriarty; sister, Linda Henry, and niece, Tracy Shirshac.
A memorial gathering honoring Bob will be held November 2, 2024 from 1-3:30 pm at the VFW in Waynesville with honor guard, gun salute and taps at 1:30 pm.
