Ruby was my step-mother for many years. Although my visits to daddy and Ruby's home were infrequent, she always made me feel welcome and loved. She was always kind and gracious, never entering into what would be considered gossip that she knew would hurt me. I will always remember her for her humor and fun loving ways.

Prayers, comfort and love to the family. I had the pleasure of staying with Aunt Edith for a week one summer while Ruby was still at home. I remember having so much fun taking long walks with Ruby, and staying up late telling ghost stories. This was a special time for me. Ruby was a very sweet, gentle and beautiful person who I love dearly.
