Ruthann Cornetet, born on July 6, 1941, passed away on November 23, 2025, at the age of 84. She was a resident of Waynesville, North Carolina.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 35 years, Alan Cornetet; brother, Gary Heim; son; Dan Callahan; other extended family members include, James Cornetet, John Cornetet, Cheryl Gannon and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The family will gather with family and friends Wednesday, December 3, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Garrett Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM at Garrett Funeral Home. Private burial will be held at Garrett Hillcrest Memorial Park following services. All friends are invited to the Laurel Ridge Country Club following services for refreshments and hors d'oeuvres.
