Sandra Elaine Davis

She is survived by daughter Amy Davis (Holly), and daughter Kelly Shiell-Davis (Alex). She also is survived by her sister June Branson (Bill), and many beloved nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years G. Bruce Davis. Also preceding her in death were her sister Mary Nell Wiggins (Sam), and brother Harold Bryson (Barbara).

Sandra grew up in Hazelwood and graduated from Waynesville High School in 1964. She attended Western Carolina College, where she completed a two-year commercial degree and was a member of Phi Beta Lambda. After graduating in 1966, she was employed as a secretary at Dayco in Waynesville, where she met Bruce. Sandra and Bruce were married on December 9, 1967.

Sandra loved music, especially Elvis Presley. She also enjoyed trips to the beach and the company of her sisters, her girls, and friends.

A service will be held graveside at the Garrett Hillcrest Cemetery on Wednesday, July 27th at 10 am.
