Steve (Mouse) that was the name I always knew him by at his request as we served together in Viet Nam from Dec 1970 to Dec 1971 . We had many good times with another buddy of ours (Tank) who has also gone to heaven with Mouse. This memories are still vivid In my mind after over 49 years. What good times we had and that was our world for a year. Mouse was as solid as a rock and I could always depend upon him if I ever needed him along with Tank. We had each others back for sure! I learn to love country music with Mouse and also had my first taste of moonshine ( still wondering how he got that.) RIP my Nam brother I will always cherish those memories and until we meet again Thanks for being there in Nam when I was and for your friendship . God bless his family because he was a very special person. He gave the ultimate sacrifice to his country and he never wavered from his obligation. Goodbye Mouse until we meet again my good friend.
