Thelma Louella Morgan

Thelma L. Morgan of Philadelphia, TN passed away on September 20th, 2026, at the age of 75. Thelma was born February 12, 1951, in Philadelphia TN to Cloyd and Ruth Morgan. She relocated to North Carolina to be closer to family.

Thelma was a hardworking, driven, strong, resilient, and independent woman. She had a kind heart and wanted to help everyone. She always tried to make people feel welcome and included.

Thelma was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer McMinn & son-in-law Jason Moore, along with her granddaughter, Jaison McMinn with partner Michael, grandson, Cain McMinn & fiancée Emily, and bonus granddaughter, Sayde Moore, her brothers David and Michael, and her sister, Rachel. As well as her dearest friends, Kenneth Hunt and Mildred Moore.

Thelma will be remembered for her kindness, open heart, and humility. Though she will be deeply missed, her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
