Tony "Boomer" James White

Maggie Valley, NC - Tony "Boomer" James White, age 49 passed away Friday, January 31, 2020 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

Tony was born in Clermont, FL on February 21, 1970 to Will Hilliard and Ruby Eloise White. He enjoyed bear hunting and being out in the mountains and working along with EJ Moody. He also enjoyed spending time with his many friends.

Tony is preceded in death by Maternal Grandparents, Otis and Helen Thomason; Paternal Grandparents, Lawrence and Beatrice White and a sister, Tina White.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Will Hilliard and Ruby Eloise White of Maggie Valley, NC; brother, Jason White and his wife, Terri of Maggie Valley, NC; niece, Cheyenne White; nephew, Dakota White; and several great nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Monday evening, February 3, 2020 from 6 to 8 PM at Garrett Funeral Home. Graveside funeral services will be held at 1 PM Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at the Mt. Sterling Cemetery with Reverend Jerry Nelson Officiating and Reverend Buck Thomason.
