Verona was a wonderful person. I enjoyed working with her at Lowes .  One of my favorite memories is when a group of us got together and went out to eat to Harrah's. We had a blast.  We laughed so much our sides hurt for days.  Verona will always hold a special place in my heart and will be dearly missed.

We moved to Haywood county in 1983 and Verona was one of the first people we met. She was working in the Lowes, then located in Hazelwood. Over the years, she was always a big help whether mixing up some paint or helping me with a fan, light fixture or anything else. She was always an inspiration to everyone with her strong work ethic and personality. She will definitely be missed. She always greeted me with a smile and pleasant greeting. May God bless her and her family

So sorry to learn of Verona's passing. She was a hard working woman. We shared many conversations while shopping at Lowe's over the many years since we met. We will miss her for she was counted as a friend with a good heart.

Verona was a lovely lady, always smiling and happy to be of assistance at Lowe's.  She was dedicated, kind and will be very much missed by many in our community.  Our prayers go out to her family and friends.  

I met and became friends with Verona as a independent cabinet installer for Lowes. I grew to treasure my friendship with her. We had a similar sense of humor and both appreciated music, even though we were 40 plus years difference in age. She loved her family Elvis and her Volunteers. RIP my friend, one of life's treasures.

Verona was everyone at Lowe's mother, I have worked with Verona for 19 years and she was a wonderful lady,love to hear her talk about going on all the trips she went on the 10 mile flea market she went to every year she will be missed very much,GOD GAINED A BEAUTIFUL ANGEL💔😪

What a special lady, having worked with her for 16 years was most memorable.  I loved her so and I know she loved me.  Always had a smile and a great spirit. I spent many years with this sweet lady. Working at lowe's. We laughed. Cried  and had good times working for the public. It's a hard thing she always came to work with a smile on her face. She loved the Tennessee Vols. She went to the national championship game in Arizona and saw them win it all. When she came back she hugged my neck and brought me a hat. Life is so short and she made the best if each day.  Always happy and a positive outlook.  She will be missed by her friends and family.  And everyone that worked with her. She never missed a day.. 

I worked with Verona for 13 years. I enjoyed our talks and the times with her. She will be missed dearly. I knew when I saw her I would get a hug and we would talk for a little while after I left Lowe's. My thoughts and prayers go to the family. 

Years ago I met Verona thru my son-in-law's mother.  Immediately I loved her!  Every visit to Lowe's I would look for her and we'd catch up on each other's lives.  Lowe's will never be the same.  The family is in my thoughts and prayers during this sad and difficult time.

I have known Verona all my life. She lived across the street from my Memaw. We used to sneak over to her house, and she would give us candy or apples. She had a beautiful german shepherd named Baron. My sister and I would yell for him and he would come and play with us. I worked at Lowe’s with her for 15 years. I loved her always like family. Her family and my Lowe’s  family are in my prayers!!!

To Al, Angie, and Joy, my deepest sympathy for your loss.   I didn't know her, but she sounds like she was a wonderful soul.  Much strength and love to you.

I've had the privilege of calling Verona my friend for many years.  She is a lady I always looked up to. She cared about people and always going the extra mile to make sure they were taken care of. She's one of a kind, loved her Lowe's family and looked after some of us as her own children .  She will be missed beyond words. Heaven gained a very special angel.

In our recent trips to Lowes, she was the first one we would see, always a smile and a greeting and we would chit chat if we had time...there will definitely be a presence missing from Lowes...she is one of the people that her absence will be noticed and dearly missed...xoxoxo

Verona was one special lady. My husband worked with her for 21 years. She holds a special place in our hearts. She always had a beautiful smile and ready to help in any way she could. She will be greatly missed. The Lowe's family has lost a precious jewel. The world needs more Verona's.  Fly high sweet lady. 

Verona was a lady who never met a stranger , she always left a lasting impression with you. She loved life , all people and her work. Verona always went out of her way to help her customers , and ensure they were happy. Verona will be missed by her customers who always turned out to be her friends , and her colleagues whom she has worked with for many years.  Thank you Verona for all the wonderful memories and the friendship. There is no doubt when she walked through those pearly gates she was home.  ❤

Verona was the real deal. She looked after myself, along with all the others who had the pleasure to work with her at Lowe’s. What I remember most about her was the love and pride she had for her children, grandchildren and most recently, her Great Grandchild. She never missed an opportunity to talk about them pride in her heart.  God speed Sweet Verona. 

I loved Verona dearly, she was always so sweet to me when I worked with her at Lowe's.  Rest in Peace 💕.
