Wanda Turner Frady

“Beloved Wife, Mother & Grandmother” Greenville, SC – Wanda Turner Frady, age 77 passed away Saturday, September 30, 2017 at McCall Hospice House in Simpsonville, SC. She was born on February 24, 1940 to the late Ralph and Janet Turner. She enjoyed outdoor life, traveling, camping and spending time with her family. She brightened the life of everyone she encountered. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a son, Steve Frady. Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband, Sam Frady; daughter, Sherri Matkovich and husband, Jay; grandchildren, James Frady and wife, Heather, Megan Frady and Hayden Matkovich; sister, Brenda Eavenson and husband, Ronnie; brothers, Richard Turner and wife, Ann and Kermit Turner and wife, Beth. The Family will receive friends from 12:00 to 1:30 pm on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at Garrett Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at Green Hill Cemetery. The family would like to give special thanks to St. Francis Cancer Center, Dr. Sharif Khan, and all of the infusion nurses. They would also like to thank all of the nursing staff at St. Francis Downtown Hospital in the Oncology unit and the Doctors, Nurses, and Volunteers of the McCall Hospice House of Greenville in Simpsonville.
