William Ludwell Heeth

William Ludwell Heeth passed peacefully surrounded by his family on August 16, 2024, at Mission Hospital. Bill was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He then went to Stephen F Austin State University where he earned degrees in Biology and Chemistry and attended the University of Texas for Medical School. When he wasn’t working hard as a physician of internal medicine he loved to travel with his family, ride motorcycles, and cook. Prior to settling down and starting a family, Bill lived in Hawaii and Turks & Caicos where he was a dive master. His tale of swimming with Humpback whales was a favorite experience of his.

He is survived by his wife Kristi of 38 years, his daughters and grandchildren and siblings.

Bill was a loving and devoted father to his two daughters Kelly and Jessica. He offered them endless guidance through life and was a well of love that never ran dry. He was perhaps an even greater Grandfather to Aaron and Rose.

He was born to Betty (Robbins) Cunningham and is predeceased by his father Charlie Heeth and step father Sonny Cunningham.
