Kristofer R. Byrd

Kristofer, was the adored son of Garry and Joanne Byrd; beloved brother of Erin and Cliff; grandson of Robert and Betty Jehle; nephew of Geoffrey, Rana, Mike, Wesley, Debbie, Sue and Rita; life partner to Amanda Potts; uncle, great uncle and friend to many.

Kris died peacefully in his mother’s arms, as he came into this world. Erin and Amanda were beside him. Our hearts are forever broken from the loss of this wonderful, handsome and strong man. We will miss him always and forever.

Kris was a graduate of Webster University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business. Kris was a gifted artist and was proud of a painted mural that was blessed by a Cardinal, Einstein and his Joker. From early childhood, he loved camping, fishing and home improvement.

Our deepest gratitude to the staff of St. Mary’s Hospital and St. Louis University Hosptial, 7,8 and 9th floors, ICU and the 5 teams of brilliant physicians, phenomenal nurses and their care.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 27th from 9:30 am – 12:30 pm at Gerber Chapel, 23 W. Lockwood Ave., Webster Groves, MO 63119. Interment at Valhalla Cemetery.
