Loving daughter of the late John and Carolyn Halgran; loving mother of Richard Eric (Yusmar) Fulsom Jr., Angela Marie Williams, and Nicolle (Adam) Johnson; dear grandmother of Emma, Jordan, Manny, Kobe, Isabelle, Madison, Penelope, Finn and Phoebe. Kenneth, Eric, and Lilly Johnson; dear sister of Mary Anne Hawkins, Judi (John) Shaw, John J. Jack (Theresa) Halgran and the late Darol Crawford; dear aunt, cousin, and friend to many. Margaret had an infectious loving spirit and was of Roman Catholic faith.
Peggy possessed a quiet humility and a vivacious spirit. With great compassion, she was always looking to help those in need and always stood up for those less able. Her strength and perseverance were undaunted. She was small in stature and mighty in heart.
Peggy leaves behind her three children who were the light of her life. Her beautiful spirit endures through them and her beloved grandchildren. She enjoyed her family, sunshine, ice hockey, and St. Louis Cardinal baseball. She was an avid reader and excellent cook. She often gave to charity with no one’s attention. Professionally, she was an accomplished and successful salesperson in the title insurance industry.
Peggy’s spirit and unforgettable laugh brought so much cheer to all she touched. She lived and loved very deeply. Everyone who loved her hears that laughter still, and imagines it ringing out across heaven.
God Bless her beautiful soul….
