Gaffney, Marilyn Ann May 17, 2014 at the age of 83. Wife of Richard W. Gaffney for 63 years. Proud mother of Kim (Ralph Loza), Rick (Maureen), Terry Culture, Tim (Terri), Pat (Donna), MarySue (Dean Sutton), Leslie (Frank van den Elzen) and James. Loving Granny to Jason, Josh, Jennifer, Jeffrey, Justin, Sarah, Jake, Brian, Jesse, the late Adam, Stephen, Ryan, Will, Kate, Tinka and ten great grandchildren. Dear sister of Jerry Richter and the late Bob Richter. Mrs. Gaffney donated her body to St. Louis University Medical School. Memorial Mass will be on Saturday, May 31st, 11:00 am at St. Michael the Archangel, 7622 Sutherland Ave., Shrewsbury, MO. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until service time. If desired, memorials may be made to St. Michael’s. The family is grateful for the wonderful care from all at Mercy Hospice, particularly from Mary, Mom’s terrific nurse.
