Mrs. Patricia Lucks

LUCKS, Patricia “Patsy” L. (nee Von Rump), 82, of Webster Groves, on Saturday, February 18, 2012 surrounded by her family. Loving wife of the late John A. Lucks; beloved mother of David (Connie) Lucks, John (Sonia) Lucks, Paul (Nan) Lucks, Susan (Bruce) Hageman, and Todd Lucks; loving grandmother of Kristin Lucks (Brian) Shelton, Kyle Lucks, Valeri Lucks, Adam Lucks, Robyn Lucks (Francisco) Ramirez, Nichole Hageman, Amanda Hageman and Sara Hageman (Gregory) Lishman; loving sister of Kay (nee Von Rump) Carter and Arthur O. (Betty) Von Rump; loving aunt, cousin, step-grandmother, and step-great-grandmother; and dear friend to many.

Middle child of the late Arthur & Maxine (nee Owen) Von Rump, and granddaughter of the late Herbert & Fran Von Rump and late Elbert & Emma Owen, all of Webster Groves, Patsy was always a “Webster gal” at heart. But, during the 60 years after her marriage in 1950, she resided at more than thirty different addresses in Missouri, Pennsylvania, Maryland and California (including a total of nine just in Webster)! With her trademark wit, she recounted these residential exploits in Patsy’s Story: Little Lady on the Move, a book featured in the January 21-27, 2011 edition of the Webster-Kirkwood Times.

SERVICES: No visitation or service. Private interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. In her memory, contributions may be made to the Salvation Army, 3949 Forest Park Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri 63108. Arrangements under the direction of Gerber Chapel, Webster Groves, Missouri.
