Paula M McCall

McCall, Paula Hvizdos peacefully in her sleep, November 14, 2014, at the age of 97. Beloved wife of the late Michael McCall, cherished mother of Patricia (Joseph) Zapf and Matthew McCall, grandmother of Sarah (Matthew) Cole, Michael Zapf, Andrew, Peter and John McCall, great-grandmother of Emma and Sophie Cole, aunt and great-aunt. A proud graduate of Ohio State University, Paula utilized her Masters' in Social Work to help found senior home care services at Cardinal Ritter Institute. Her passion for civic duty and social justice inspired her volunteerism with multiple organizations, including the Red Cross during WWII. A long-time resident of St. Pete Beach, FL, she was admired by many friends there and in her hometown of St. Louis, MO.

Services: Memorial Mass at Our Holy Redeemer Church, Webster Groves, MO, 10 a.m., Saturday, November 29, 2014. In lieu of flowers, consider a donation to Catholic Charities.
