Barbara Jean VaSalle

Barbara was a long time resident of Welsh. She will be remembered as being full of life and always willing to help anyone that was in need. Barbara's greatest passions were her flowers and grandchildren.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Rachelle Corbello and husband Dusty; grandchildren, Rebecca VaSalle, Dylan Corbello, and Colyn Corbello; great grandchildren, Sean Arrington and Nathan Granger; brother, David Benoit and wife Debbie.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Randal VaSalle; and two brothers, Charles Benoit and Gary Benoit.

The family will welcome relatives and friends at Hixson Funeral Home of Welsh on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 beginning at 9:00 a.m. with a Celebration of Life to begin at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be immediately following at Derouen-Lorraine Cemetery.
