He is survived by his wife, Leanna Penn of Welsh; step daughters, Taylor, Torrie, and Tessa Burrell all of Welsh; sister, Alisa Kay Penn; brother, John David Penn; mother, Betty Sue Flynn and grandmother, Juanita Rennalls. He is preceded in death by his father Robert Penn.
