He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years; Barbara Davidson Richard of Welsh, LA; son, Bryant Richard & wife Marife, Many, LA; daughter, Ramona Richard, Austin, TX; brothers, Harry, Terry, and Michael Richard.
Raymond is also survived by three precious grandchildren, Garett & Caitlin Daggett, and Amber Trahan; two great-grandchildren, Cohen & Collen Fontenot.
Visitation will commence at Hixson Funeral Home on Friday, January 22, 2016 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The Rosary Recital will be at 6:00 p.m. The visitation will continue on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at 8:30 a.m. until procession to the church. The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 23, 2016 at Our Lady of Seven Dolors Catholic Church in Welsh with Father Alan Trouille as Celebrant.
